Project Description

IBF Development assisted Somerset Development Company and THC Affordable Housing, Inc. in completing the renovation of these historic vacant buildings into 62 units of affordable housing. (http://www.somersetdev.com/projects_fv.html) This project received a 2012 “Developments of Distinction” award for Financial Innovation from the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits.
